**Reports To:** Maintenance Manager / Operations Supervisor
**Job Objective:**
Perform installation, diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance activities for \[equipment/systems/machinery] to ensure optimal performance, availability, and service life, in compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
**Key Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of \[equipment/systems] according to the established plan and technical manuals.
* Diagnose technical faults using measurement tools, specialized software, and symptom analysis.
* Interpret electrical, mechanical, and flow diagrams to locate failures.
* Install and configure new equipment or updates to existing systems.
* Record work orders, downtime, parts used, and incidents in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or similar.
* Coordinate with the Procurement department to request necessary spare parts and consumables for repairs.
* Ensure all interventions are conducted under strict industrial safety standards (use of PPE, lockout/tagout, etc.).
* Participate in continuous training on new technologies applied to the area.
* Provide technical support to other departments (Production, Quality, Engineering) regarding equipment-related matters.
* Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and work areas (application of 5S standards).
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* **Education:** University-level Technical Superior Degree (TSU) or Engineering degree in \[Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Systems, or related field]. (Degree or professional license preferred).
* **Experience:** Minimum \[2] years in similar roles within the \[industrial/services/technology] sector.
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, monitoring software, etc.).
* Knowledge of PLCs, frequency inverters, and logic controllers (if applicable).
* Proficiency with Office suite (Excel/Word) and ERP/MRP systems.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and standards (NOM, ISO).
* **Soft Skills:** Problem-solving under pressure, teamwork, effective communication, and results orientation.

Pay: $368,107 \- $1,203,036 per month
