Job Summary: MILAB is seeking an SSGG Assistant to perform cleaning, sanitization, and housekeeping activities, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain uninterrupted operations. We operate one of only two plants in Chile authorized to manufacture beta-lactam products. At MILAB, we are seeking an SSGG Assistant responsible for performing cleaning, sanitization, and housekeeping activities in common areas, rooms, offices, and warehouses of the plant, ensuring strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety, hygiene, and biosafety regulations—thereby preventing contamination risks, maintaining regulatory standards, and ensuring continuity and conformity of Milab’s production processes. Key Responsibilities: * Perform cleaning and sanitization activities according to current and approved SOPs for each area. * Use authorized cleaning supplies that are properly labeled, identified, and within their validity period. * Comply with dress code requirements, personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, and area segregation per GMP classification. * Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition as specified in SOPs. * Complete associated logs and records promptly, legibly, and verifiably, adhering to ALCOA principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate). * Immediately report any deviations, anomalies, or out-of-specification conditions to the Supervisor. * Request, withdraw, and replenish cleaning supplies per established procedures. * Ensure proper storage of cleaning supplies in the warehouse, observing segregation and labeling requirements. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * 0–2 years of work experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts in Independencia. At Milab, we value diversity and foster inclusive workplaces.
