Lead month-end closings, reconciliations, and account analysis. **Job Description** We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to manage and analyze accounting processes, ensuring accurate preparation of financial information, month-end closings, and compliance with current regulations in Chile. **Responsibilities** * Execute and supervise **general accounting and monthly closing processes**. * Prepare and analyze accounting accounts and reconciliations. * Prepare financial statements and management reports. * Record and review journal entries, provisions, adjustments, and reclassifications. * Analyze variances and identify accounting inconsistencies. * Support internal and external audit processes. * Ensure compliance with **IFRS and Chilean tax regulations**. * Maintain documentation and supporting records for accounting transactions. * Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. * Propose improvements to accounting processes and controls. **Requirements** * Degree in **Auditing, Accounting**, or a related field. * Solid experience in **month-end closings, reconciliations, and account analysis**. * Knowledge of **IFRS and Chilean tax regulations**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience with **ERP systems**, preferably SAP or Oracle. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
