The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with excellent customer service skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for achieving results. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and customer service targets. * Manage daily store operations, including staffing, schedules, opening/closing procedures, and inventory. * Monitor sales performance and key retail KPIs. * Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance. * Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. * Maintain merchandising, visual presentation, and company standards. * Monitor inventory levels and help reduce stock discrepancies and losses. * Resolve customer and operational issues quickly and professionally. * Prepare regular performance and operational reports. * Support promotional campaigns and initiatives designed to increase sales. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Requirements * 2\+ years of experience in retail supervision, store management, or a similar role. * Proven experience leading and motivating a sales team. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills. * Customer\-focused and results\-oriented. * Ability to analyze sales and operational KPIs. * Good knowledge of Excel and retail management systems. * Availability to work retail schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
