You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and continuous improvement of the branch's infrastructure, performing duties such as: Execute the daily and periodic maintenance program for the branch's facilities Respond promptly to operational contingencies and emergencies (with availability outside regular working hours) Perform plumbing work, maintenance of sanitary installations, and lighting systems Carry out general carpentry tasks and low-voltage electrical repairs Coordinate with various departments regarding equipment availability and receipt for scheduled or urgent maintenance Flexibly support porter or access control functions during specific contingencies Position Information Schedule: Mixed Shift Modality: On-site (Rondizzoni Branch) Apply now, demonstrate your experience, and help ensure operational success alongside SALFA! **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Completed Secondary Education (ideally with technical training in Maintenance, Electricity, Construction, or related fields) * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar general maintenance and infrastructure roles * Solid, demonstrable knowledge of basic electricity (low voltage), plumbing, and carpentry repairs * Genuine availability to respond to emergency calls or contingencies outside regular working hours * Class B Driver's License * Knowledge of and adherence to basic occupational safety regulations and use of PPE * High proactivity, strong sense of responsibility, internal technical service orientation, and ability to solve problems under pressure No experience Minimum education: Technical secondary school / technical high school Graduate
