Ensure automotive products and services meet exact technical specifications **Company:** Maharaja Auto Prime SpA **Location:** Santiago, Chile (On\-site / Workshop \& Distribution Facility) **Job Type:** Full\-Time Job Overview Maharaja Auto Prime SpA is seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality assurance standards, vehicle inspection protocols, and automotive parts testing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality technicians, enforcing compliance with industry safety standards, and ensuring that all automotive products and services meet exact technical specifications prior to delivery. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily quality control operations, technical inspections, and compliance checks across automotive assembly, parts, and service lines. * Develop, implement, and update Quality Assurance (QA) protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inspection checklists. * Inspect components, systems, and completed vehicles to identify defects, technical flaws, or safety deviations. * Lead root\-cause analysis on product failures or customer complaints and establish corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA). * Train, mentor, and evaluate quality inspection technicians and assembly personnel on precision standards and safety compliance. * Maintain detailed quality metrics, inspection logs, and compliance documentation for management review. * Ensure operational adherence to Chilean automotive safety laws, ISO quality standards, and environmental regulations. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline. * 3\+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance supervision, ideally within the automotive, manufacturing, or heavy machinery sectors. * Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, mechanical parts, and assembly workflows. * Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma methodologies, 5S). * Excellent analytical, leadership, and technical report\-writing abilities. * Professional fluency in Spanish; intermediate to advanced proficiency in English is highly preferred.
