Job Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Performance QA professional with experience in performance evaluation, concurrency simulation, and metrics analysis to ensure the stability of a web platform. Project-based or deliverable-based work with autonomy for analysis and documentation. **Freelance Performance QA** At **Grupo PS / EVA Learning**, we are looking for a **Freelance Performance QA** to conduct performance, load, and stress testing on a web platform in a pre-production environment. We seek a professional with proven experience in performance evaluation, user concurrency simulation, metrics analysis, and bottleneck detection, capable of working on a deliverable basis and providing clear technical recommendations to support the platform’s production launch. **Service Objective:** Design and execute tests to evaluate platform stability, response times, availability, user concurrency, resource consumption, and overall behavior under various load scenarios, identifying technical risks before production deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and execute performance, load, stress, and concurrency tests. * Define representative test scenarios based on the platform’s critical workflows. * Simulate concurrent users under varying load levels. * Measure response times, availability, error rates, system degradation, and resource consumption. * Identify bottlenecks at the application, database, API, infrastructure, or associated service levels. * Review logs, server metrics, and available monitoring tools. * Generate a technical report containing findings, metrics, evidence, detected risks, and recommendations. * Propose improvements aimed at optimizing performance, stability, and scalability. * Conduct a presentation session to explain results to the technical team. **Desired Tools and Knowledge:** * JMeter. * k6\. * Gatling. * Postman / Newman. * Grafana / Prometheus. * Log review, server metrics, or cloud monitoring analysis. * Experience testing web platforms, LMS, e-learning, SaaS, or transactional systems. * Familiarity with environments developed using React, Django, AWS, or similar technologies is desirable. **Candidate Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Performance QA, QA Automation, QA Engineer, or similar role. * Experience conducting load, stress, performance, and concurrency testing. * Ability to work freelance, on a project basis, or per deliverable. * Autonomy to design test scenarios, perform analysis, and generate technical documentation. * Availability to coordinate meetings with the technical team. * Ability to clearly communicate technical findings in a decision-oriented manner. **Service Model:** * Model: Freelance / Project-based. * Duration: To be defined based on scope. * Work mode: Remote. * Location: Chile or LATAM. * Start date: ASAP / subject to availability. **Expected Deliverable:** A final report including tested scenarios, methodology used, obtained metrics, results, evidence, detected risks, bottleneck analysis, and prioritized technical recommendations. **Application Instructions:** Interested candidates must send their updated CV, experience in similar projects, tools used, and service rate or hourly rate to **seleccion@grupops.cl**.
