**What Are the Role’s Objectives?**

Oversee and monitor assigned projects and initiatives linked to the preventive model transformation by meeting milestones, improving KPIs, coordinating teams, and ensuring operational continuity—thereby contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives defined for the transformation program.
**What Will Be Your Main Challenges?**

* Identify process improvement opportunities related to transformation and evolution initiatives of the preventive model, contributing to more efficient project execution.
* Review and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and commitments under your responsibility, developing action plans that support achievement of defined transformation objectives.
* Coordinate teams and departments involved in various initiatives, facilitating dependency management and timely resolution of obstacles to roadmap implementation.
* Consolidate project progress, risk, and outcome information, generating reports to support decision-making and transformation tracking.
* Support implementation of new methodologies, processes, and practices associated with the preventive model, promoting their adoption and continuous improvement.
**What Requirements Must You Meet?**

* Education: Commercial Engineer or Industrial Civil Engineer
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience
* Courses / Certifications: Change management / program management desirable. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
