If you are passionate about platform development, software engineering, DevOps, and emerging AI technologies, this is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative and high-impact project. **Job Objective** ---------------------- Design, develop, and maintain the platform that governs and scales Generative AI within the organization, ensuring high standards of robustness, security, observability, and scalability for the various services and teams using it. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Design, develop, and maintain backend components of the Generative AI platform. * Implement scalable services, APIs, and components for production environments. * Design and implement governance, security, and observability capabilities for Generative AI usage. * Optimize platform performance, availability, maintainability, and scalability. * Define and implement DevOps practices for the service development and deployment lifecycle. * Participate in architectural decisions and technological evolution of the platform. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on AI-related and technological innovation initiatives. * Ensure quality and reliability of services deployed in production. **✅ Mandatory Requirements** ---------------------------- * Strong experience developing software with **Go**. * Strong experience developing software with **Python**. * Experience building APIs and services for production environments. * Demonstrable experience in platform engineering (Platform Engineering). * Experience implementing scalable, observable, and maintainable services. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and deployment automation. * Demonstrable experience or interest in **Generative AI** technologies. * **Desirable Knowledge** * Cloud architectures. * Kubernetes and containers. * CI/CD. * Observability and monitoring. * Microservices. * Platform security. * LLMs and Generative AI platforms. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC). **What We Are Looking For?** ------------------ We seek professionals with an engineering mindset, automation orientation, and passion for building robust and scalable platforms.
