Position Summary: Leads the execution and control of an operational sub-area within the Operations Management division, impacting affiliate experience through team and process management. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact affiliate experience through effective management of operational teams and processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead operational execution of processes under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with committed service levels. * Develop monitoring and control plans to guarantee proper execution of the team’s operational activities. * Supervise the performance, quality, and productivity of team members. * Manage resolution of complex operational cases and contingencies affecting area operations. * Develop continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and outcomes. * Coordinate with internal departments on implementation of operational changes and cross-functional requirements. **Mandatory Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Experience leading teams or coordinating operational processes. * Proficiency in productivity metrics and management control. * Strong organizational, analytical, and results-oriented capabilities. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in pension, financial, or service operations. * Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools. * Experience in continuous improvement management. * Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
