Control receiving, storage, and dispatch processes **A prominent food industry company is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Cold Storage Chamber to lead logistics operations at its distribution center located in the commune of Quilicura.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and control warehouse operations in cold and frozen storage chambers. * Lead work teams by assigning tasks and ensuring goal achievement. * Coordinate rotating shifts and monitor staff attendance. * Control receiving, storage, and dispatch processes for products. * Ensure compliance with the cold chain and food safety and hygiene regulations. * Identify and manage operational deviations (losses, theft, low productivity). * Monitor management indicators (productivity, operation times, efficiency). * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper functioning. * Coordinate with operations and logistics departments to ensure service continuity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience supervising warehouses in cold or frozen storage chambers (mandatory). * Experience leading operational work teams. * Experience managing rotating shifts (mandatory). * Knowledge of logistics processes and inventory control. * Experience identifying operational losses (losses, theft, deviations). * Strong leadership, organizational, and control capabilities. * Availability to work in Quilicura. **WE OFFER:** * **Workplace:** Quilicura * **Schedule:** Weekly rotating shifts totaling 40 hours. * **Approximate total monthly take-home pay:** CLP 1,248,000 **BENEFITS:** * Cafeteria (lunch included). * Shuttle van to Los Libertadores Metro Station. * Semi-annual IPC-based salary adjustment. * Supplementary health insurance (80% covered by employer / 20% by employee). * Agreements with Los Andes Compensation Fund. **CONTRACTUAL TERMS:** * Direct employment with the company. * Two fixed-term contracts (one month each), followed by an indefinite contract based on performance.
