Lider Format is seeking its next Night Shift Supervisor (18-hour shift) for the commune of La Florida, to make a difference in our teams. Get ready—this is about to get exciting! We want you to: * Coordinate and supervise nighttime restocking operations to ensure the store is fully operational the following day, in compliance with company policies and standards. * Monitor and manage process indicators across all sales floor sections; understand daily plans and guide the performance of the restocking team. * Understand the CAP methodology operation in the warehouse area and its application in sales floor restocking.
