Identify root causes of mechanical failures in hydraulic, pneumatic, and transmission systems before minor issues escalate into costly breakdowns. * **System Integrity:** Align, balance, and calibrate complex mechanical systems using precision tools to ensure maximum operational efficiency. * **Documentation and Tracking:** Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order updates, tracking spare parts usage and equipment history precisely. * **Safety Compliance:** Promote a zero-harm culture. Strictly adhere to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, environmental standards, and safety regulations for every task. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** Over 2 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mining-related environments. * **Technical Education:** Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, or Electromechanics. * **Technical Specialization:** Solid practical knowledge of hydraulic power units, industrial pneumatics, gearboxes/transmissions, bearings, and power transmission systems. * **Language Proficiency:** Spanish (Native/C1\) required for daily operational safety and team communication. Basic technical English reading comprehension is a plus for interpreting equipment manuals. * **Attitude:** Analytical, safety-conscious individual capable of diagnosing and resolving problems under pressure while maintaining uncompromising quality and safety standards.
