This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in managing the maintenance structure, leading specialized teams in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, machine repair, planning, and engineering. What will be your main challenges? Lead the design and implementation of CristalChile's maintenance strategy and policy. Direct the planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. Ensure operational continuity and asset availability across both plants.
