Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and apply hygiene standards during food preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and other ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute food to rooms and dining areas according to the prescribed diet type and daily schedule. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Must reside in Calbuco (mandatory).
