The **Jr CD Executive** assists the Customer Development team in achieving sales, distribution, and visibility targets within the assigned H\&S Channel. This role focuses on supporting key account execution, sales analysis, and maintaining operational efficiency. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Compliance Supervision: Supervise the implementation of the 5 Ps and the work of the merchandisers. * Display Negotiation: Negotiate additional displays, furniture (fixtures), and signage to ensure ideal visibility and market share %. * Commercial Agreements: Agree upon commercial terms with the client, following the company's monthly strategy. * Commercial Policy Control: Control the actions applied to ensure compliance with the Company's Commercial Policy. * Analysis and Strategy: Prepare management reports and statistics (more analytical and strategic) to recommend business solutions to the client. ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. * A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial Support, ideally in FMCG or related industry. * Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency is mandatory). * Excellent written and verbal communication in English. * Proactive, results\-oriented, and a strong team player. **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
