In this opportunity, we are looking for an IT Project Analyst to serve as the right-hand person to a Project Manager in the cross-functional management of a portfolio of digital initiatives in the healthcare sector. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide cross-functional support in managing a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring order, documentation, and traceability for each initiative. * Gather requirements from business areas, understand expectations, and translate them into clear inputs for development teams. * Write and maintain user stories for various platforms under development. * Document and support technical project information (architecture diagrams, synthetic monitoring, best practices), collaborating directly with development teams to collect such information. * Maintain project "hygiene": up-to-date, well-organized, and readily available information for decision-making. * Attend meetings with business stakeholders and management to support understanding of needs. * Collaborate with development teams to ensure guidelines and best practices are properly documented. **Required Skills and Knowledge** We seek an organized and methodical individual with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both business and technical teams, proactive in seeking information wherever it resides, autonomous in daily tasks, and oriented toward order and attention to detail.
