Develop operational improvements in policy administration. **Individual Policy Executive (Individual Business Executive)** will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administration of individual policies in Chile, ensuring accurate execution of movements, compliance with operational standards, and service quality—contributing to MetLife’s purpose and the New Frontier strategy to drive solid and sustainable growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact customer experience and operational efficiency in critical individual business processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the accurate execution of processes associated with individual policy movements (endorsements, modifications, cancellations, etc.) * Establish operational consistency in administrative policy management, ensuring compliance with defined standards and timelines * Monitor the quality and accuracy of information processed in systems * Manage requests from internal departments (sales, service, after-sales) and customers * Develop operational improvements in policy administration processes, focusing on efficiency and error reduction * Coordinate with support functions (IT, operations, customer service) to resolve incidents and optimize workflows
