Also responsible for KPI monitoring; SLA compliance; extraction and analysis of data required to meet regulatory obligations. Exclusive offer from getonbrd.com. ### **Job Responsibilities** **What are the main challenges of this position?** * Analyze and respond to partner requests. * Generate reporting and KPIs for designated partners. * Develop support tools for the data entry\-settlement team. * Lead claims committees with partners, external settlement providers, and internal clients. * Monitor internal and external settlement activities (SLA compliance, workload distribution, issue tracking, etc.). * Serve as subject matter expert on claims tools/programs to support the data entry \- settlement team. * Participate in project scoping and initiatives related to claims, per partner requirements. * Ensure correct configuration of products associated with the claims process. * Database extraction and analysis (SQL / PL/SQL). * Other duties as necessary to ensure control and improvement of the Claims Management Department’s processes. ### **Requirements** **How do you know if you’re a match for this vacancy?
