If you are passionate about developing technological products, building scalable platforms, and the Generative AI ecosystem, this opportunity is for you. **Position Objective** ---------------------- Design, develop, and maintain the platform enabling governance, operation, and scaling of the organization's Generative Artificial Intelligence capabilities, ensuring high standards of quality, security, observability, and developer experience. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of the Generative AI platform. * Build tools enhancing Developer Experience (DX). * Design and implement governance capabilities for secure and controlled use of Generative AI. * Develop scalable services, APIs, and components for production environments. * Implement observability, monitoring, and traceability mechanisms. * Participate in defining architectural standards and development best practices. * Integrate Generative AI models and services into the organization's technology ecosystem. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative AI-based solutions. **✅ Mandatory Requirements** ---------------------------- * Proven experience developing production applications with **Go**. * Proven experience developing production applications with **Python**. * Experience building and exposing REST APIs and services. * Frontend development experience with **Next.js** or modern JavaScript frameworks. * Full Stack Developer experience in production environments. * Demonstrable interest or experience in **Generative AI** solutions. * **Desirable Knowledge** * Cloud architectures. * Integration of LLM models. * Observability and monitoring. * Security applied to AI platforms. * Containers and microservices. * DevOps and CI/CD. * Prompt Engineering. * Generative AI platforms. **What We Are Looking For** ------------------ We seek individuals passionate about technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence, capable of designing modern, scalable, and secure solutions that accelerate AI adoption within the organization.
