Provide local expertise to project teams and sponsors Santiago, Chile \| Full time \| Home\-based \| R1561011 **Import/ Export Specialist (RSU1\)** **Essential Functions** * Responsible for importation and exportation activities in specific LATAM countries for our FSP model**. Chile** \- Expertise and knowledge as a plus in other LATAM countries such Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico) * Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), quality of designated deliverables and project timelines. * Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project specific information. * Review, establish and agree on project planning and project timelines. Ensure monitoring measures are in place and implement contingency plan as needed. * Provide local expertise to SAMs and project team (Client) during initial and on\-going project timeline planning related to Importation and Exportation activities. * Perform quality control of documents. * May have direct contact with sponsors on specific initiatives (KOM, internal meetings, F2F meetings) **Requirements** * Clinical research experience.
