We are seeking individuals interested in joining our team as production assistants, where they can learn the craft of foundry and metal mechanics. What do we offer? Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with availability to work on Saturdays. Salary: Between $600,000 and $900,000 CLP (net). Work environment: A positive culture with continuous learning. Job responsibilities: Learning and performing green sand molding and casting processes; filling and compacting wet sand molds; preparing special casting sands; using measuring and mechanical tools; sharpening tools, simple machining, machine-based quality control; operating and assembling Italian machinery, and cleaning the work area; implementing 5S Lean Manufacturing.
