This position is critical to representing our business lines focused on simplifying processes and increasing corporate efficiency: **Software, Hardware, and Biometrics.** If you possess strong self-management skills, proactivity in pursuing new business opportunities, and versatility in understanding technological solutions and integrating them into real enterprise needs, this opportunity is for you. **What will be your main challenge?** To act as the strategic catalyst for our commercial growth: from active prospecting and requirement gathering, to closing agreements and customer retention—delivering real value through technology. **Key Responsibilities** **New Customer Prospecting:** Identify opportunities through networking, digital channels, and field activities to establish initial contact with potential customers. **Consultative Meeting Management:** Coordinate and lead initial contact sessions (via videoconference or in-person visits) to diagnose technical and operational requirements of prospects. **Portfolio Enhancement and Retention:** Maintain active accounts through strategic support and identification of needs to integrate new technological solutions. **Quotation Preparation and Strategic Sales Follow-up:** Develop detailed proposals and provide continuous consultative support. **Autonomously manage** the full sales cycle through to its final stage. **Requirements** * Completed Secondary Education (Desirable background in Sales, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related field). * Minimum 3 years of field sales experience. * Solid experience in active prospecting and acquisition of new customers. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * General knowledge or desirable familiarity with technology. * Stress tolerance, initiative, autonomy, and strong results orientation with quality focus. **What We Offer?** **Compensation:** Base salary + sales commissions. **Bonus** for achieving sales targets. **Benefits:** Gift card bonus for National Holidays and Christmas, one administrative day per semester, and one birthday leave day. **Contract:** Fixed-term contract for two weeks, followed by monthly renewals contingent upon objective achievement, with the goal of transitioning to an indefinite-term contract. **Work Schedule** Performance under Article 22 of the Labor Code.
