At ViRose Labor Management, we are supporting a leading company in the electrical sector to recruit Electrical Assistants for integration into various field projects. If you have technical training in electricity, a desire to learn, and are motivated to participate in electrical projects, this could be an excellent opportunity to further develop your experience. What will be your main responsibilities? Support the execution of electrical work, such as conduit installation, cable laying, connections, and installations. Collaborate on civil works associated with electrical projects. Carry out tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Site Manager. Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. Use tools and equipment provided by the company correctly. Comply with safety procedures and consistently wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Promptly report any hazardous conditions, incidents, or anomalies identified on site. What are we looking for? Completed secondary education. Intermediate-level technical training or higher-level technical degree in Electricity or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of electricity. Willingness to work on-site. Willingness to travel within the country when required by projects. Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and some weekends, depending on project needs. Class B driver’s license (desirable but not mandatory). What we offer: Initial fixed-term contract. Net monthly salary starting from $600\.000\. Bonuses for night shifts and overtime.
