Savants du Web SpA seeks to incorporate a talented and committed Front-End Web Developer into its team in Concepción, with a passion for creating modern, functional interfaces focused on user experience. In this role, you will participate in web development projects across various sectors, collaborating with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality products. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong technical judgment and enthusiasm for professional growth alongside a technology company expanding within the Biobío region. Main Responsibilities * Develop interactive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using standard front-end development languages and tools. * Translate designs and prototypes into functional code, ensuring visual fidelity and optimal user experience across different devices and browsers. * Collaborate with design and backend development teams to integrate components and connect with APIs and databases. * Optimize performance, loading speed, and accessibility of developed websites and web applications. * Conduct testing, identify bugs, and maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code. * Participate in technical reviews, task planning, and proposals for improving processes and technologies used. * Provide maintenance, updates, and support for production projects. Qualifications and Requirements / Academic Background * Professional or technical degree in **Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Application Development, Computer Science**, or a related field. * Certified training programs, bootcamps, or demonstrable experience in web development are also accepted. Work Experience * Minimum **2 years of experience** developing web projects in the Front-End area. * Experience participating in full-cycle projects—from planning through to production—is highly valued. Essential Technical Skills * Solid proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3**, and **JavaScript (ES6+)**. * Experience with at least one modern framework: **React.js, Vue.js, or Angular**. * Proficiency with styling tools: SASS/Less, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or equivalents. * Use of **Git** for version control and team collaboration. * Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility principles, and performance optimization. * Ability to consume and integrate data from REST APIs or external services. Skills and Competencies * Strong programming logic and ability to efficiently solve problems. * Attention to detail, visual quality, and commitment to user experience. * Communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * Autonomy, time management, and adherence to deadlines. * Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up to date. * Ability to read technical documentation in both Spanish and English. Additional Requirements * Residence in Concepción or willingness to relocate to the company’s premises. * Valid documentation and work authorization in Chile. * Availability for full-time employment.
