ISO/IEC 27001 certification and knowledge of ISO/IEC 27002 Personal Data Protection Analyst **At PS Grupo Hunting, we are currently searching for a Personal Data Protection Analyst**, with practical experience in privacy, compliance, and risk management projects, to actively participate in alignment processes with the **Chilean Personal Data Protection Law No. 21\.719**. We seek a profile primarily focused on **implementation and execution**, capable of interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into concrete actions, controls, procedures, and improvements within the organization. Position Objective Participate in implementing the personal data protection compliance model, supporting activities from gap diagnosis and analysis through to execution and monitoring of necessary measures for alignment with Law No. 21\.719\. This challenge requires a person who does not merely interpret regulations, but possesses the ability to **put them into practice**, working cross-functionally with all involved departments. Main Responsibilities * Conduct diagnostics and **GAP Analysis** for personal data protection. * Identify, assess, and prioritize compliance gaps. * Develop and manage **risk maps and matrices**. * Evaluate existing controls and identify improvement opportunities. * **Implement data protection and privacy measures and controls**. * Translate requirements of **Law No. 21\.719** into concrete procedures and actions. * Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term action plans. * Participate in defining and monitoring **implementation and alignment roadmaps**. * Support the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, records, and compliance documentation. * Coordinate activities with **Legal, Technology, Information Security, Compliance, Human Resources, and Process** departments. * Monitor implemented initiatives and maintain evidence of compliance. Requirements * Demonstrable experience in **personal data protection, privacy, risk management, and/or compliance**. * Practical experience in **implementing data protection measures**, not solely in regulatory interpretation or advisory roles. * Experience conducting **GAP Analysis** and identifying compliance gaps. * Proficiency in **risk matrices, control evaluation, and action planning**. * Solid knowledge of **Law No. 21\.719**, with ability to implement its requirements practically. * **ISO/IEC 27001 certification**. * Practical knowledge of **ISO/IEC 27002**. * Experience in prioritizing and monitoring implementation initiatives.
