Apoquindo 3600, Las Condes, Santiago, Metropolitan Region, Chile **Position:** Data and Process Analyst **Offered Salary:** CLP $2\.250\.000 monthly net **Work Modality:** On-site / Hybrid **Job Description** At Kaytech Solar SpA, we are seeking a **Data and Process Analyst** with a strong analytical profile, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize the company’s operational efficiency, to join our corporate offices in Las Condes. The primary objective of this role is to transform complex data into strategic value information for decision-making, as well as to evaluate, design, and implement continuous improvements in operational and management workflows, contributing to the scalability and excellence of our internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Extract, consolidate, clean, and structure large volumes of data from various internal and operational systems. * Design, implement, and maintain control dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Business Intelligence tools. * Map, document, and diagnose the company’s current processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks. * Propose and implement process reengineering, standardization, and workflow automation projects. * Monitor and measure the operational impact resulting from implemented optimizations. * Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, and finance departments to ensure data quality and consistency. * Prepare executive reports, predictive analyses, and presentations for business leadership review. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Control, Statistics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–4 years in data analysis, process engineering, Business Intelligence, or operational consulting roles. * **Required Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in SQL for relational database manipulation and querying. * Demonstrable hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). * Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, complex formulas) and knowledge of analytical programming languages (Python or R). * Familiarity with process modeling methodologies (BPMN) and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma). * **Key Competencies:** Logical-analytical thinking, methodological rigor, excellent technical and business communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. * **Residency:** Willingness to work in the corporate sector of Las Condes (Av.
