Work locations: San Bernardo, Lo Espejo, Maipú. Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, 5x2 or 6x1 pattern (Monday to Sunday), 44 weekly hours. Key responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure compliance with standards; conduct quality inspections and daily reports; manage supplies and equipment inventory; supervise proper use of tools, machinery, and PPE; monitor staff attendance and schedule adherence. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor (mandatory); valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory); technical education in a related field (preferred). Preferred residence: San Bernardo, Lo Espejo, or Maipú (starting point: Cerro Navia). Benefits and conditions: Initial salary: CLP $750\.000 net (fixed-term contract for 3 months).
