As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and carrying out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards established by the organization. Responsibilities * Maintain compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and sanitization standards by following company-designated protocols. * Deliver services in accordance with service standards, ensuring continuous restocking of supplies. ✅ * Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently providing friendly, high-quality service. * Collaborate with other staff members to guarantee a clean and safe environment for customers. Requirements * Residency in Iquique, Arica, or Antofagasta. * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work on a 10x10 shift system. * Minimum one year of experience in cleaning and customer service. * Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in food services. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Medical fitness to work at high geographic altitudes.
