A major retail company is currently looking for a **CCTV Operator** to join its monitoring and security team in the city of **Talca**. **Main Responsibilities** * Actively monitor security cameras in sales areas, warehouses, and access points. * Promptly identify risk situations, shrinkage, thefts, or suspicious behaviors. * Prepare daily reports and incident records in the control system. * Coordinate response actions with on-site prevention personnel. **Job Conditions** * **Monthly net salary:** $601\.000\. * **Location:** Talca. * **Working hours:** 42 hours per week. * **Rotating shifts:** * **Opening shift:** 2 days from 07:00 to 17:00 hrs and 3 days from 07:00 to 16:00 hrs. * **Closing shift:** 2 days from 11:00 to 21:00 hrs and 3 days from 12:00 to 21:00 hrs.
