Job Summary: A leading retail company is seeking a CCTV Operator to monitor security cameras, detect suspicious situations, and coordinate responses. Key Highlights: 1. A prominent retail and home improvement company is currently seeking a **CCTV Operator** to join its monitoring and security center. **Main Responsibilities** * Continuously monitor security cameras in sales areas, warehouses, and perimeters. * Promptly detect and report suspicious situations, acts of vandalism, thefts, or inventory losses. * Prepare daily incident and event reports in the system. * Coordinate response actions with the on-site prevention and security team. **Position Conditions** * **Monthly net salary:** $445\.000\. * **Work schedule:** 30 hours per week, **Monday to Friday** (weekends off). * **Rotating shifts (T1\):** * Morning shift: 08:00–14:30 hrs. * Afternoon shift: 14:30–21:00 hrs. **Requirements** * Proven prior experience in security camera / CCTV monitoring (retail experience preferred). * Basic computer and monitoring system skills. * OS10 CCTV course or private security guard certification (preferred but not mandatory). * High concentration capacity, attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency.
