EY, a global leader in professional services, is seeking a **Business Development Analyst** to join the **Clients & Industries team in Chile**. We are looking for a professional interested in growing within a dynamic, collaborative, and business-growth-oriented environment, directly supporting the commercial management of the Assurance practice. The selected candidate will play a key role in preparing commercial proposals, tracking opportunities, analyzing the sales pipeline, and supporting initiatives that enhance EY’s positioning with current and prospective clients. We seek someone with **strong commercial skills**, high motivation, commitment, and passion for delivering high-quality work. We especially value methodical, organized, proactive individuals who can easily persuade, positively influence, and mobilize action across diverse internal teams. **Key responsibilities** * Develop, draft, and prepare commercial proposals — primarily related to financial statement audits — ensuring high-quality deliverables within established deadlines. * Support public tender processes, ensuring compliance with standards, requirements, and conditions outlined in tender documents. * Maintain up-to-date commercial opportunity pipeline data in the CRM system, performing timely follow-up with respective owners. * Prepare commercial presentations and supporting materials for meetings, proposals, and business development activities. * Support commercial initiatives that enhance EY’s positioning with current and prospective clients. **Candidate profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, Executive Engineering, or a related field. * Ideally 1–2 years of experience in commercial functions, consulting, management control, finance, or related areas. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Intermediate level of English. * Strong commercial orientation and focus on both internal and external customers. * Solid commercial, negotiation, and influencing skills. * Proactive, autonomous, responsible, and results-oriented profile. * Methodical, organized, and excellence- and quality-focused profile. * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work under pressure. **What we offer** We offer the opportunity to join a dynamic team with an indefinite-term contract, a positive work environment, and attractive corporate benefits.
