We are seeking to incorporate a Warehouseman Driver into our team in Chile for a dining facility in the city of Mulchén. Job Description: * Adhere to the budget regarding expenses for supplies and raw materials. * Ensure continuity of production by maintaining necessary raw materials in stock for each service. * Control the quality of supplies to be used in preparations. * Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality system procedures as stipulated by the company. FUNCTIONS (Regular and occasional tasks) * Plan and place orders for raw materials, cleaning and disinfection materials as required by the site to the Procurement Management at Head Office. * Manage urgent orders requested by their supervisor. * In cases where suppliers are delayed, products arrive in poor condition, or fail to meet established standards, file a formal complaint requesting replacement either to Procurement Management or directly to the supplier. * Inform their supervisor in advance if raw materials will not arrive on time, so that the client can be notified beforehand about changes to the menu. * Supervise quality checks of raw materials, packaging, and expiration dates carried out by warehouse assistants. * Control proper storage of supplies: labeling, expiration dates, ISO standards, among others; applying necessary measures to prevent food contamination. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in all warehouse areas. * Verify the operation of refrigeration equipment for storing frozen goods and meats. * Dispatch required supplies to production areas according to the daily menu and number of portions to be prepared. Additionally, ensure that production areas have food disinfection supplies available. * Receive unused supplies from production that are sealed and in good condition to be returned to warehouse inventory. * Review the following day's work orders to prepare supply deliveries to corresponding production areas. * Conduct weekly inventory counts, accounting for all stock in the warehouse. * Maintain computerized records of invoices received with orders. * Calculate the daily supply expenditure for the contract and provide this information to their supervisor via a daily incident report. * Prepare billing reports and send them to Procurement Management at Head Office. * Assign tasks to subordinates and supervise their completion. * Perform other related tasks as required by current needs and at the discretion of their supervisor. * Carry out all necessary support tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the Central Kitchen. * Transport requested supplies between centers using a vehicle. Requirements: * Three years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Basic knowledge of administration, computing, food safety regulations, and quality control. * Possession of Class B driver's license
