Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.
Compensation: CLP $800\.000 to CLP $1\.000\.000 (net, depending on experience and expertise)

We are currently seeking to hire a **Semi-Senior BI Analyst** who wishes to grow professionally within a dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-oriented environment, participating in Business Intelligence and Automation projects for prominent clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support and monitoring for BI platforms and solutions implemented at client sites.
* Participate in requirements gathering and business needs analysis.
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and management indicators.
* Create and optimize data integration and transformation (ETL) processes.
* Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
* Perform data analysis and validation to ensure information quality and consistency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business intelligence and analytics projects.
* Propose continuous improvements to processes, reports, and data models.
Requirements
Education
* Professional or technical degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Programmer Analyst, Civil Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience
* 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and data management projects.
Technical Skills
* Power BI (mandatory).
* SQL (intermediate/advanced level).
* Google Data Studio / Looker Studio.
* Python for data analysis and processing.
* Power Automate.
* Power Apps.
* ETL tools and processes.
* Data modeling and KPI development.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Desirable
* Knowledge of Azure Data Services.
* Experience with SharePoint.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Experience in customer service and support.
