Direct contract with the company We are looking for an **Automation Engineer** to join a major hospital maintenance contract, responsible for evaluating the condition of automation and control systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring the availability of technical information for proper service planning and operation. **About the Challenge:** ----------------------- * Conduct technical inspections of automation and centralized control systems (BMS). * Establish baseline status of control systems for thermal plants, generator sets, and other automated systems. * Technically and economically assess gaps identified relative to system design and operation. * Prepare technical reports containing diagnostics and recommendations for improving automated infrastructure. * Support planning of the Annual Maintenance Program for automation systems. * Review drawings, control architecture, communication networks, and technical documentation of systems. * Collaborate in collecting and integrating technical information into BIM platforms and maintenance management systems. * Support identification of technical risks associated with automation system operations. * Maintain information traceability and report progress to the contract engineering team. **What Would We Love to See in You?** ------------------------------ * Degree in **Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in industrial automation systems or Building Management Systems (**BMS**). * Experience in inspection, diagnosis, or maintenance of centralized control systems. * Knowledge of BMS, PLC, SCADA, thermal plant control, and generator set control. * Experience interpreting electrical schematics, control diagrams, and automation architecture. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical management tools. * Desirable experience in hospital infrastructure, smart buildings, or critical facilities. **What Are We Offering?** ----------------------- * Confidential selection process. * Direct contract with the company. * Participation in a high-complexity project with national impact. * On-site work mode. * Professional development opportunities. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience. * Offer under the framework of **Law 21.015 on Labor Inclusion**. ### **Are you interested in participating in a strategic automation and critical infrastructure project?** **We invite you to apply!**
