Our goal is to generate a positive societal impact and contribute to the well-being of our employees, the quality of life of our clients, and the communities where we operate. * **Responsibilities** * Execute the daily menu. * Substitute for the Head Chef in their absence; occasionally cover production tasks and/or short shifts. * Control preparation quality. * Lead and assist in cleaning activities. * Support in hot and/or cold kitchen operations. * Prepare food according to the Head Chef’s instructions, both written and verbal. * Finally, the Culinary Apprentice must carry out additional activities and assume ancillary responsibilities within their area, as determined by their supervisor or based on specific operational needs. * **Work Schedule** 6x1 Shift Pattern * Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday: 07:00–15:30\. * Wednesday to Friday: 07:00–14:30\. * **Requirements** * Completed Secondary Education / Technical Degree in Food. * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling. * Practical knowledge of hygiene, sanitary practices, and quality control. * Practical knowledge of portioning and weighing. * **Benefits** * Compensation Fund. * Supplementary Insurance. * Meals. * Commuting Transportation. ✨Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top food service companies worldwide.
