As an organization, we are united by trust as an inclusive and diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What Your Day Will Look Like** * Provide orientation for personal or family health situations experienced by employees, deliver emotional support, and supply information on usage, benefits, or limitations of their own health system (Fonasa, Isapre), as well as complementary insurance coverage; guide activation and management of special benefits such as CAEC, GES, etc. * Guide access to benefits under the Labor Inclusion Program, conduct assessments, prepare social reports to apply for disability certification, and continuously monitor various cases throughout the employee’s working life. * Provide orientation to the employee’s family in cases of serious illness of the primary insured person, enabling them to access different benefits or use their health plans more effectively—and avoid economic hardship due to lack of awareness of these options. In case of employee death, guide the family through effective possession processes, insurance claim procedures, or compensation payments, if applicable. * Conduct home visits when the employee’s health condition warrants it, or upon employer request for other types of support in cases of natural disasters or risk situations. * Deliver benefit and quality-of-life workshops for employees. * Prepare internal social reports to facilitate coordination with company departments that may support exceptional benefit conditions or the employee’s special needs. **What Makes This Opportunity Unique?** Seize the opportunity to join an integrated team, interacting with various internal teams, multicultural colleagues, and diverse learning and development possibilities! **Skills and Experience That Will Lead You to Success** * Professional Degree in Social Work * Updated Criminal Background Certificate * Desired experience and/or training in Benefits areas
