We are looking for a Cafeteria Service Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Linares, Maule. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public, learning new skills, and contributing to creating a pleasant cafeteria environment. Key Responsibilities **Customer Service:** Greet customers, answer basic questions, and deliver friendly, professional service. **Order Taking:** Accurately record customer orders and communicate them to the appropriate team members. **Cafeteria Support:** Assist with beverage service, food service, table setup, and other general cafeteria tasks. **Cleaning:** Maintain clean, tidy, and ready-to-use customer-facing and service areas. **Inventory Support:** Help restock cups, utensils, napkins, beverages, and other cafeteria supplies as needed. **Team Support:** Assist kitchen and service staff with routine tasks during peak hours. What We Are Looking For **Experience:** 0–1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, or food service preferred; candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply. **Education:** Completion of secondary education or equivalent preferred. **Customer Service:** Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers. **Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with customers and colleagues. **Work Ethic:** Responsible, punctual, organized, and eager to learn. **Attitude:** Positive, helpful, and able to thrive in a dynamic cafeteria environment. Salary: $480\.000 \- $680\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
