Opportunity to work with diverse people in an encouraging manner. **Job Description** --------------------------- The Casino Assistant is responsible for sanitizing the kitchen and dining area across Aramark’s various cafeterias. This role requires individuals with strong attention to detail, deep commitment to customer service, and a positive, friendly demeanor. This position maintains cleanliness of equipment and food service areas. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Sanitize kitchen and dining area; degrease and wash dishes/pots; serve at self-service lines. * Always deliver exemplary customer service. * May be required to prepare and serve hot meals. * May be required to work as a kitchen expeditor, keeping orders organized and ensuring timely delivery to correct tables. * Ensure precise handling of all food products and equipment to maintain compliance with food safety standards at all times. * Ensure cleanliness of food service work areas; perform daily secondary tasks; ensure required records are completed promptly; and complete any restocking and cleaning tasks. * Maintain accurate accounting and waste records. * Must be able to work with diverse people in an encouraging and positive manner. * Handle customer complaints respectfully. To meet our objectives, job duties may change or new ones may be added without formal notice. **Qualifications** ------------------- * Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy. * Report to work on time and in full uniform. * Maintain scheduled cleaning of equipment and facilities. * Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. * Must be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. This position may involve physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
