Job Summary: We are seeking a VDC / BIM Specialist to lead digital project integration, coordinate disciplines, and ensure constructability and accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) strategy. 2. Direct influence on project execution and technical standards. 3. Access to cutting-edge tools and professional growth. **About the Role:** Valparaíso is renowned for its bold creativity and architecture, and at **ArchTech Design Solutions**, we apply that same standard to digital construction and BIM management. We develop virtual models and VDC processes that seamlessly bring complex physical structures to life. We believe construction management should not be hindered by inefficiencies. We are seeking a **VDC / BIM Specialist** to take leadership of our digital project integration. You will not merely be placing 3D objects; you will be defining the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) strategy. You will lead interdisciplinary coordination, bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and clear, executable digital models. You will be the advocate for constructability and accuracy in a room full of project directors and contractors. **Why Join Us?** * **The Environment:** Our team operates under a hybrid and flexible model based in Valparaíso. We value a workplace and dynamic that inspires innovation—combining the impact of local projects with modern digital workflows. * **BIM Maturity:** You won’t need to convince us that BIM matters—we know it does. From Day 1\, you’ll have direct influence on project execution and technical standards. * **Modern Technology Ecosystem:** We work with cutting-edge tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, keeping our data integrated and real-time. * **Growth:** We invest in your continuous learning, supporting relevant certifications and technical training to keep your VDC skills at the forefront. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Model and VDC Leadership:** Maintain, audit, and evolve integrated 3D/4D models across Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines. Ensure consistency across all project delivery phases. * **End-to-End Coordination:** Lead the BIM execution process—from early design stages and clash detection through constructability reviews and detailed delivery to contractors. * **Technical Leadership:** Guide project teams on VDC standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Conduct model audits and provide constructive technical feedback to elevate work quality. * **Clash Analysis and Detection:** Don’t leave alignment to chance. Validate model integrity, resolve clashes, and optimize spatial coordination before fieldwork begins. * **Stakeholder Management:** Present digital models and technical solutions to clients, engineers, and construction managers. You’ll explain how model accuracy saves time and budget on-site—not just that it looks detailed. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** 2–3\+ years dedicated to BIM coordination and VDC implementation in architecture or engineering environments. * **Portfolio / Case Studies:** Demonstrable experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects is essential. Show us your workflow for clash resolution, model management, and project execution strategies. * **Tools:** Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and cloud platforms such as BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud. * **Education:** Professional degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, or a related field. * **Mindset:** Pragmatic and detail-oriented. You balance rigorous modeling precision with the practical needs of on-site execution. Salary: $1\.600\.000 \- $2\.300\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Valparaíso, Valparaíso
