Your primary objective in this role will be to implement and develop transportation model planning, ensuring operational staffing continuity and compliance with the highest service level and punctuality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** **Planning and Coordination:** Lead the transportation model and coordinate fleet requirements across regional bases to ensure optimal supply and staffing. **Provider Management:** Develop procurement, negotiation, and recruitment processes for new transportation providers, ensuring budget compliance and adherence to legal frameworks. **Control and Maintenance:** Supervise the annual fleet maintenance program and ensure all vehicles possess valid documentation and permits. **Strategic Monitoring:** Develop performance metrics (KPIs) and strategic reports to identify operational gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement. **Team Leadership:** Guide and coordinate direct and indirect teams to enhance departmental efficiency. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Professional degree in Logistics Management Engineering, Transportation Civil Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in logistics/transportation, with at least 2 years in leadership roles. **Technical Tools:** Advanced MS Office proficiency, GPS tracking technologies, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. **Skills:** Strong negotiation ability, autonomy in administrative decision-making, and a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
