**Job Description**
We are seeking a **Supply Chain Manager** to comprehensively lead procurement, purchasing, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. The position plays a strategic role in operational continuity, cost optimization, and logistics coordination—particularly within mining services and high-demand operational environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and lead the **supply chain** strategy, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and supplies.
* Supervise procurement, sourcing, warehouse, transportation, and distribution functions.
* Negotiate with strategic suppliers and manage commercial agreements, service terms, and supply levels.
* Monitor inventories, logistics costs, delivery timelines, and key performance indicators.
* Coordinate with operations and customers to anticipate requirements and ensure service continuity.
* Identify opportunities to optimize routes, processes, inventories, and operational costs.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams and establish procedures that enhance supply chain efficiency and traceability.
**Requirements**
* Professional degree in **Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Administration Engineering**, or a related field.
* **5 or more years of experience** in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management.
* Experience leading end-to-end supply chain teams and processes.
* Experience in supplier negotiation and management, inventory control, and logistics planning.
* Knowledge of **ERP systems, inventory management, logistics KPIs, and demand planning**.
* Preferred experience in **mining, transportation, industrial services, or operations in northern Chile**.
* Leadership, negotiation skills, strategic vision, data analysis, organizational ability, and results orientation.
Salary: $2\.000\.000 \- $3\.500\.000 per month
