Develop relationships with suppliers and logistics chain partners. **Job Summary:** Azah Industrial Supply SpA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to manage the flow of products and materials from procurement through to their availability for customers and operations. The role will maintain an integrated perspective across purchasing, inventory, and distribution, focusing on sustaining an agile, reliable, and business-responsive supply chain. **What You’ll Do:** * Manage the supply flow from suppliers to delivery points * Plan inventory requirements considering demand and availability * Coordinate purchasing, storage, transportation, and distribution activities * Evaluate stock levels and take action to maintain appropriate availability * Negotiate and maintain commercial relationships with strategic suppliers * Analyze lead times, costs, and supply chain performance * Coordinate responses to stockouts, delays, or other supply variations * Review forecasts and future requirements jointly with commercial and operational teams * Evaluate alternative suppliers and sourcing options * Drive improvements that simplify movements, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization **Requirements:** * Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management, distribution, operations, or related fields * Ability to coordinate different stages of the supply process * Experience working with suppliers is preferred * Planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills * Ability to interpret inventory and operational data * Proficiency in spreadsheets and enterprise tools * Strong cross-functional and external stakeholder collaboration skills * Familiarity with the industrial environment is considered advantageous * Education in logistics, business, engineering, administration, or related disciplines is preferred **Why Work With Us:** * Manage a function that directly connects suppliers, inventory, and customers * Gain a comprehensive view of industrial supply movement * Participate in commercial decisions related to availability and procurement * Develop relationships with suppliers and logistics chain partners * Identify opportunities to implement solutions that improve product flow * Advance your supply chain career within an industrial supply-focused environment Salary: $40\.800\.000 per year Workplace: On-site employment
