Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Senior Quarry and Materials Supervisor** to lead quarry extraction, material processing, and material control operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise extraction and production operations in quarries. * Coordinate teams, heavy machinery, and contractors. * Control material quality, volume, and availability. * Plan production and optimize operational resources. * Supervise drilling, blasting, loading, and transportation activities. * Manage inspections, reports, and production indicators. * Identify deviations and implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Mining Engineering, Geology, Construction, Civil Engineering**, or a related field. * Experience supervising quarries, mining, or aggregate production. * Knowledge of material extraction, processing, and characterization. * Experience leading teams and coordinating heavy machinery. * Proficiency in **Excel and operational control tools**. * Availability for on-site work and shift-based schedules. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation.
