With leadership that actively supports human resource development and extensive professional growth opportunities within the ENGIE Group, we offer a competitive salary package, meal allowance, medical and life insurance, ENGIE stock options, and more. **Your Mission** As an **Electrical Construction Supervisor** within our engineering team, you will play a key role in supervising electrical installations for a mission-critical technology infrastructure project. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct daily field inspections of electrical installation activities (low, medium, and high voltage, conduits, switchboards, grounding, etc.). * Verify that work is executed per drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures. * Record progress, deviations, and technical observations in the field. * Identify non-conformities and track their resolution. * Coordinate with the Electrical Supervisor and QA/QC team to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Participate in drawing reviews and technical coordination meetings. * Support commissioning of electrical installations and functional testing. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during inspected activities. * Prepare technical inspection reports and photographic documentation. **We Are Looking For** * Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Construction, Civil Construction, or related field. * Experience in electrical construction inspection, ideally in technology infrastructure, industrial, or data center projects. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for electrical installations, backup systems, switchboards, conduits, and grounding. * Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and drawing review software. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, control schematics, and construction schedules. * Leadership skills, effective communication, technical report writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. * **On-site work availability required, full-time day shift.** * Prior experience in mission-critical projects and technical English proficiency are highly valued. **Who You Are** A technically excellent, proactive, organized, results-oriented individual with strong field leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. **Who We Are** At Tractebel, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the global net-zero emissions goal.
