Minimum 5 years of experience in design, management, or coordination of road engineering or related projects. Solid knowledge of Chilean road regulations. Experience as engineering head or engineering coordinator will be highly valued. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong sense of responsibility. Proficiency in foreign languages (e.g., English, Mandarin Chinese) is desirable. Proficiency in computer tools and engineering software (e.g., AUTOCAD, OFFICE, PROJECT). Willingness to travel to project sites. Main responsibilities (including but not limited to): Represent the concessionaire on engineering matters, maintaining communication with various project stakeholders, including the Fiscal Inspector (IF), the general engineering contractor, and other subcontractors or specialized consulting firms. Manage and supervise the general engineering contractor on behalf of the concessionaire, covering schedule administration, review of engineering documents, and overall coordination. Review and assume technical responsibility for optimization proposals, adjustments, and technical reports submitted by the design contractor. Support the Head of the Development Department in reviewing design documents delivered by the general contractor. From the concessionaire’s perspective, support the Construction Manager in managing design schedules. Support the Construction and Engineering Manager on matters related to environment (including EIA), citizen participation, quality control, and other internal topics. Address other needs and tasks arising in the day-to-day development of the project.
