This role is key to overseeing highly complex processes, coordinating work teams, and ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety in water production. Responsibilities: ? Supervise the operation of the desalination plant and pumping stations following the organization's established procedures and instructions (O\&M) Employment Conditions: ? Work schedule and hours: 7x7 / 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with availability for shift changes from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM ? Work modality: On-site ? Direct hiring by the company. ? Indefinite-term contract. Requirements: ? Technical qualifications in chemistry, process control, instrumentation, or related fields (mandatory) ?
