GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Perform maintenance and repair of surface drilling equipment, diagnosing and resolving failures to ensure operational continuity and safety of equipment at customer facilities, complying with Sandvik’s safety and quality standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance. / Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures. / Manage spare parts and consumables for interventions. / Prepare technical reports and provide customer support. / Promote safety and support the technical development of the team. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, Heavy Machinery, or related field. / 3–4 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance. / Experience with surface drilling equipment (mandatory). / Basic technical English. / Class B driver’s license (minimum 3 years). / Class D driver’s license. / Residence in Copiapó (mandatory).
