If commitment to people's health is among your values, if you are motivated by professional challenges, and if you seek to innovate in your work, we have an opportunity for you: We are currently looking for a **Revenue and Quotation Analyst**, who will ensure the integrity and accuracy of revenue flow by technically executing collection, reconciliation, and individual account administration processes, guaranteeing excellence customer support and continuous optimization of the department’s operational standards. **Key Responsibilities**: * Execute the quotation collection process, including registration and tracking of payments received from employers and affiliates. * Process and review quotation payroll submissions, verifying that employer and worker information is accurate, complete, and consistent with system records. * Validate received quotations, verifying amounts, periods, affiliates, and employers, identifying inconsistencies or discrepancies relative to declarations. * Perform revenue reconciliation, reconciling received amounts with system records and identifying discrepancies or imbalances in processed revenues. * Provide support to the Customer Service department regarding quotation-related inquiries, validating information, resolving questions, and escalating complex cases as appropriate. * Participate in user acceptance testing of departmental technological developments, executing test cases, recording results, and reporting observations to the technology team. * Support the department’s monthly closing process by consolidating, reviewing, and validating quotation-related information processed during the period. **Requirements:** * **Education Level:** Technical Professional or University Degree * **Academic Background:** Accounting, Business Administration, Auditing, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in collection processes, quotation payroll processing, revenue reconciliation, or operational roles in collections or finance departments. * **Skills in:** Intermediate Excel, Introductory–Intermediate SQL, ISAPRE regulations, Collection Portals (PreviRed). * **Specialization / Certifications:** Collection processes, Pension contributions, Customer service. * **Desirable Knowledge:** ISAPRE regulations, individual accounts (excesses and surpluses in Account 1 and Account 2), PreviRed, closing and reconciliation processes. **What benefits will you receive as part of our team?** * A multicultural company promoting inclusion and committed to Proximity, Excellence, Profitability, and Sustainability. * Complementary health insurance (50% employee / 50% company co-payment) * Exclusive wellness partnerships * Flexible time: points available to request half-day-off benefits * Year-end and National Holidays bonuses. * 42-hour workweek. * Fixed salary structure plus variable component based on goal achievement. **This job posting complies with Law No. 21.015, which promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.** If you meet all requirements and believe this is your opportunity, do not hesitate to apply!
