Leads and develops the operational team, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, collaboration, and high performance. Ensures compliance with procedures established by Swissport Chile S.A., DGAC, ISAGO, and client airlines, upholding operational safety, quality, punctuality, and efficiency standards. Also ensures correct application of weight & balance, operational dispatch, cargo distribution, and resource coordination, contributing to achievement of operational objectives and service commitments to clients. **Responsibilities** * Fully coordinate ramp operations and operational dispatch of assigned aircraft. * Lead operational staff during aircraft arrival and departure processes, assigning duties and supervising proper task execution. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures established by Swissport, DGAC, ISAGO, and client airlines. * Prepare, verify, and control operational documentation associated with aircraft dispatch, including Weight \& Balance, Loadsheet, and other required documentation. * Ensure all aircraft operate within their certified weight, balance, and performance limits. * Coordinate proper distribution of cargo, baggage, mail, and special commodities in accordance with each aircraft’s operational restrictions. * Maintain continuous communication with Air Traffic Control Tower, Captain or Commander, Crew, OCC, Ramp Supervisors, Cargo, Maintenance, and other operational areas involved. * Conduct operational briefings and debriefings with staff before and after each operation. * Supervise loading and unloading activities for passenger and cargo aircraft. * Monitor correct use and positioning of GSE equipment during aircraft handling. * Verify implementation of operational safety procedures, Aircraft Damage Prevention (ADP), and FOD control. * Participate in resolving operational contingencies, minimizing impacts on safety, punctuality, and service quality. * Supervise adherence to operational timeframes (SLA and OTP) defined by each client. * Support technical training and evaluation of operational staff when required. * Prepare operational reports and other reports requested by Swissport or clients. * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and promote team compliance. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Integrated QHSE Management System, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards, as well as current operational manuals. **Requirements and Competencies** * Higher Technical Degree in Aeronautics, Air Transport, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. * Valid E.O.V. or O.C.E. license. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation operations. * Proven experience in Narrow Body and Wide Body passenger and cargo aircraft operations. * Experience in cargo hold controls for 747, 777\. * Experience leading operational teams on the ramp. * English proficiency (spoken and written) preferred. * Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Management style focused on working under pressure. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to communicate and manage relationships between clients and local authorities. ***\*\*\* Please attach your CV with salary expectations \*\*\**** **What We Offer** * Transportation according to conditions at each airport. * Uniform. * Life insurance. * Compensation fund benefits.
